She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Tate and Stella Tate; her former husband Robert Clifford Bowman; her husband Edward "Jack" Mills; and her siblings, Rachael Smith, Opal Hall, John D. Tate, Junior Tate and Wade Tate.
She is survived by: her sons, Clifford Bowman (Joy Nations Bowman), James "Bo" Robert (Carol) and Brian Keith Bowman; her grandchildren, Christy Bowman Woodbury, Jace Bowman, Brooke Bowman Livengood (Brett) and Josie Bowman; her great grandchildren, Markel Woodbury, Makara Woodbury, Makiyon Woodbury, Brode Livengood, Brewer Livengood and Brennon Bowman; and her brother Edd Tate (Lorraine Tate).
