He is survived by: his parent Bertha McMillian Hiatt; and his stepchildren, Pattie Sue Morton of Mount Airy, Billy Morton of Mount Airy, Hurley Morton of Mount Airy and Diane Morton of Mount Airy. He is also survived by several stepgrandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
