She was predeceased by: her parent Ellis W.. She is survived by: her parent Stella Ann Forkner Mills; her husband Wallace Shelton; her siblings, Edith Mills Proctor, Phyllis Mills Reeves, Robert Mills (Bob) and Joyce Mills Robertson; her sister-in-law Jackie Sams Mills; and also Quakers. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews and also great nieces and nephews.
