She was predeceased by: her siblings, Ikey Wrenn of Greensboro and Kay Wrenn Armstrong (Mel) of Lookout Mountain, TN; and her husband James Alfred Hadley of Mount Airy. She is survived by: her siblings, Anne Wrenn Russell of Greensboro and Alec Elmer Wrenn (Kathy) of Greensboro; her children, Sallie Jo Hadley (Greg Harris) of New York, NY and William (Cheryl) of Charlotte; her grandsons, Wilson and Brower; her sons, James of Winston-Salem, Alex (Jinny) of Kunming China and John (Wendy) of Charlotte; and her granddaughters, Ella and Sallie.
In lieu of flowers, please contribute to the charity of your choice or to the Stewart Health Center at the Cypress in Charlotte, Charlotte Hospice and Palliative Care, or the Joan and Howard Woltz Hospice Home of Dobson.
