He was predeceased by: his parents, Jasper Wilson Parker and Cora Lee Byrum Parker. He is survived by: his significant other Jane Herbst; and his sisters, Brenda Lou Blankenship of Collierville, TN, June Elizabeth Cofer of Smithfield, VA and Marilyn Frances Chowning of Henrico, VA. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
