He is survived by: his parent Kate Blue Haynes; his wife Lien Do Ngoc Haynes; his daughter Summer Frye; his son-in-law Chris Frye of Mount Airy; his son Anthony Ray Haynes of Mount Airy; his grandchildren, Devin Burnett of Mount Airy, Kelsey Frye of Mount Airy, Taylor Haynes Ryan Frye of Mount Airy and Riley Frye of Mount Airy; and his siblings-in-law, Iris Hodge of Woodbridge, VA, Archie of Mount Airy, Norma Haynes of Mount Airy and Lillie Mae Haynes of Mount Airy. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
