He is survived by: his wife Catherine Pender "Cathy" Hamby; his nephews, Jeffrey Puckett, Jonathan Puckett (Tonia) and Rev. Stephen Puckett (Kristen); his great-nieces, Madison Paige Puckett, Hannah Grace Puckett, Natalie Eden Puckett, Laura Ashley Puckett, Mia Faith Puckett, Lily Peyton Puckett and Jada Gretchen Puckett; his great-nephew Max Thomas Puckett; his brother-in-law Rev. Winston Puckett; and his close friend Wendy.
