He is survived by: his wife Shirley Ann Monday Smith; his sons, Jeremy (Sherry Monday) and Joshua S. Haley; his granddaughters, Brianna (Jason Martin), Caitlin (CJ Williams), Grace Haley and Natalie Haley; his great grandchildren, Brileigh Martin, Jolie Martin and Colten Williams; his brothers, Dennis Michael Smith and Stephen Thomas; his siblings-in-law, Anita Smith and Clarence (Stacie Monday); his nephew Chad Monday; and his niece Susan Michele Smith.
