He is survived by: his children, Damien Goins (Meghann) and Billie Jean Campbell; his grandchildren, Brandon Eugene Johnson, Noetic Sebatian Jamal Mattox and Noble Said Justice Mattox; and his brothers, Johnny Goins (Meegan) and Bobby Joe Goins. He is also survived by many nieces, and nephews.
