Andrew Brooks Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Andrew Brooks (Surry, Virginia), who passed away on August 15, 2018 at the age of 82. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his former wife Hattie Mae Hutchens Brooks; and his siblings, Roby Brooks, Harvey Brooks, Doris Shores, Thelma Mack and Effie Snider.
He is survived by: his wife Shelby White Brooks; his children, Nancy Walker (Tim), Angela Walker (Johnny) and Marty Childress; his grandchildren, Chase Berrier, Jordon Walker (Ashton), Keith Blankley (Stephanie), Jeremi Blankley (Jamie) and Jesse Walker (Jessica); his sister-in-law Roy Lee Brooks (Rosa); his sister Hazel Money; and his sisters-in-law, Doris Smith and Roger Hutchens (Elsie). He is also survived by five great-grandchildren; brother.
