He is survived by: his father Nelson Lee Payne; his daughters, Ashleigh Payne and Nicole Payne Wagnon; his grandchildren, Waylon, Ryan, Reese and Corbyn; his sisters, Bonnie Seymour and Jeanie Palmer; his close friend Carrie Stanley; his grandchildren, Haylee and Easton; and also, Kristen Stanley, Liz Urick and Mike Urick. He is also survived by other extended family and close friends.
