He was predeceased by: his parents, Melvin Bailey and Nina May Dwyer Bailey; his wife Vivian Embrey Bailey; and his brother Melvin Bailey. He is survived by: his children, Donnie Bailey, Dennis Bailey and DeeDee Castillo (Taco); his siblings, WJ Bailey, Viola Medina and Shirley Swann; his grandchildren, Juan Castillo, Jason Castillo and Rachel Bailey; and his great grandchild Makenna Castillo.
