He is survived by: his children, Patrick James Goad (Jean) of Front Royal, VA and Peggy Elaine Shiblie (Tim) of Frederick, MD; his stepchildren, Kevin Lee Simpkins of Sumerduck, VA and Kelli Ann Robinson of Beaverton, Oregon; his sister Brenda Joyce Meade of Manassas, VA; his grandchildren, Kayla, Elizabeth, Dalton, Hunter, Caliana, Jadyn, Isabel and Calvin; and his great grandchild Doris.
