She was predeceased by: her parents, Lucy Ann Downs Pannell and Ray Zeno Harris. She is survived by: her husband Anthony Vincent Lubbers; her children, Toni Dawn Lubbers of Edgewood, MD, Joshua Bless Lubbers of Richmond and Dustin Ian Lubbers of Sumerduck, VA; her sister Christine Marie Pannell of Manassas, VA; and her niece Deanna Marie Cook Gaddis of San Clemente, CA.
