She was predeceased by: her husband Julian Paul Brooks; her daughter Phyllis Ann Mitchell; and her parents, Roy McCarter and Virgie McCarter. She is survived by: her children, Bobbie Hollins (Sparky) of Chester, Charlotte Osborne (Ken) of Marion and Rodney Brooks (Susan) of Sugar Grove; and her brother Randolph Foster of Havre. She is also survived by eight grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
