She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Earl Scott and Pauline Scott Kirk; her son Kevin Todd West; her siblings, Gloria Munsey (Ralph) and Charles "Pete" Scott; and her son-in-law Phillip Bailey.
She is survived by: her husband Bob E. West of Sugar Grove; her daughters, Melissa West Bailey of Elkton Md, Sugar Grove and Rebecca West Dobson (Craig) of Crisfield; her sister Linda Blevins (Harold); her grandchildren, Phillip Bailey of Elkton, Matthew Bailey of Elkton, Sugar Grove and Carley Dobson Brierre (Chip) of Norfolk; her great grandchildren, Noah Bailey of Perryville and Mackenzie Bailey of Perryville; her cousin Wilma Boatwright; and her caregiver Connie Dempsey. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
