It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ronald Choate (Sugar Grove, Virginia), who passed away on January 31, 2023, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Laton Choate and Marie Choate; his brother Eddie Choate; and his grandmother Bertha Choate. He is survived by: his family Rosalie; his wife Rosalie Choate of East Bend, N. C.; his daughters, Christina Marie Blakely (Jon) of Madison, Ala. and Jessica Leann Choate (Christopher Blankenship) of Hamptonville, N. C.; his brother Jessie Choate (Carol) of Sugar Grove; his sister-in-law Barbara Choate; and his grandchildren, Will, Luke, Emily, Jesse Blakely, Tyler Hutchins, Hunter Choate and Abigail Blankenship.
