He is survived by: his wife Brenda Perkins Alford of Sugar Grove; his children, Monica Bowers (Shawn) of Murfeesboro, Lauren Alford of Marion, Brenton Alford and Zachary Alford; his siblings, Joyce Alford, Mary Howard (Roy), Gloria Perrin (Paul), Margie Kyle (Stanley), John Alford (Valerie), James Alford (Erika) and Bill Alford (Ann); and his grandchildren, Xavier Bowers and Amelia Bowers. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews and many friend.
