He is survived by: his brother-in-law Fred Stowers of Max Meadows, VA; and his nieces and nephews, Adam Stowers, Katy Suzanne Parks and Tammy Blevins Wagner.

I know Roger sufferd from mutltiple health issues and am glad he is free from all those now. May his soul rest well. Thanks to those who helped him in his last days.”
