He was predeceased by: his parents, Vance Clifford Carnett and Olivette Mamie Long Carnett; and his brother Larry Baldwin. He is survived by: his children, Darrell Ellis Jack Cornett and Shawn Clifford Cornett (Darlene); his brother Dewey Vance Carnett (Judy); and his grandchildren, Heather Lynn Cornett, Lane Ellis Cornett, Reatha Jean Cornett, Taylor Nicole Cornett, Ciara Jade Cornett, Julia Chester and Daniel Williams. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews and other family members.
