He is survived by: his children, Eric Parks and Ashley Parks; his sisters, Hattie Cullop, Zetta Hicks, Dorothy Grindstaff and Lorie Martin; his grandchildren, Nevaeh, Hunter and Mason; and his close friends, Rick Jonas and Becky Perkins. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
