He was predeceased by: his stepdaughter Faithe Aker; and his mother-in-law Evelyn Irvin. He is survived by: his wife Tamera Van Antwerp; his parents, James Antwerp and Ivy Falconer Van Antwerp; his siblings, David Van Antwerp (Tracy), Duane Van Antwerp (Sherry) and Jinjer Covert (James); his father-in-law Verl Irvin; and his close friends, James Carrico and Pam Phillippi.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the family will have a memorial service at a later date.
