He is survived by: his mother Carol Ann Roberts of Sugar Grove; his sons, Albert Utley of West Jefferson, N. C. and Charles Winston Roberts of Boone, N. C.; his significant other Karen S. Anderson of Marion; his brother William Kenneth "Tony" Roberts of Sugar Grove; and his close friends, Zachary Alford and Bill Perkins. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and many special friends.
