She was predeceased by: her parent Drainon Vanover; her niece Amanda Johnson; and her siblings-in-law, Festus Paul Tuggle and Rosemary Yvonne Tuggle. She is survived by: her mother Wanda Clayborne; her husband George Tuggle; her children, Shade Fraline Ray (Krystal) of Sugar Grove and Samantha Fern Ferguson of Lebanon; her stepchildren, Pete Edward Tuggle and Charlotte Marie Tuggle of Speedville; her grandchildren, Dalton Fraline Ray, Wyatt Fraline Ray and Samantha Brooklyn Ferguson; her siblings, Evelyn Hampton of Honaker, Nancy Ray (Junior) of Swords Creek, Karen Honaker (Jeff) of Honaker, Laura Reynolds of Honaker and Brian Vanover (Angie) of Honaker; and her half-sister Carolyn Johnson of Cleveland.
