He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Faye Lane Brooks of Sugar Grove; his children, Jeffrey Brooks (Jill) of Sugar Grove, Tracy Wyatt (Earl) of Sugar Grove and Christopher Brooks of Sugar Grove; his brothers, Jack Brooks (Joyce) of Troutdale and David Brooks (Ruby) of Chilhowie; and his grandchildren, Hunter Wyatt (Emma), Taylor Brooks, Willow Brooks, Austin Jones and Cody Jones. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
