He is survived by: his wife Lisa Marie Chappell; his children, Nicholas Chappell (Megan), Kathryn Creekmore (Ryan) and Erik Chappell (Natalia); his grandchildren, Camden Chappell, Carson Chappell, Olivia Creekmore and Quinn Creekmore; and his pet Stella.
