It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Wanda Sue Brinkley (Suffolk, Virginia), who passed away on May 1, 2024, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Samuel Ray and Opal Minnie Simpkins; and her siblings, Judy Saunders, Karen Byrum, Alice Hyatt and Elliott Simpkins.
She is survived by: her husband Richard Earl Brinkley; her daughter Angela R. Rodgers; her grandson Jackson Barmer (Miranda); and her siblings, Debbie L. Smith (Bret), Paula Frank (David) and Michael Simpkins (Susan). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
