He was predeceased by: his parents, Theodore E. Fields and Doris J. Fry. He is survived by: his wife Carol; his children, Dory Fields (Courtney) and Anna Spruill; his grandchildren, Briggs Fields, Parker Spruill, River Spruill, Ivy Spruill, Mason Selvaggi and Cannon Selvaggi; his siblings, Michael Fields (Tina) and Sara Nelson (Jack); and his aunt Sharon Cales. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family members and many, many friends.
