He is survived by: his sons, Travis Lindblad (Rhiana), Mathew Lindblad and Elijah Smith; his grandchildren, Gavin Carpenter and Callie Lindblad; his sisters, Sydna and Karen Lindblad; his nieces and nephews, Zach Strausser, Kathleen Ramus, Greg and Angel Lindblad; his former wife Gerri Fleming; and his brother Arnold Lindblad.
