She was predeceased by: her husband Frederic Northey Howe, Jr.; and her parents, James Howard Holland and Mary Irene Peters Holland of Suffolk, VA.. She is survived by: her children, Frederic Northey Howe, III (Tanya) of Colonial Beach, VA, Martha Irene Brooks (Mayson) of Sarasota, FL, Dianne L. Purin of Naples, FL and Amy Etheridge Wiedle (Chris) of Spotsylvania, VA. She is also survived by seven grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests a gift donation be made in honor of Sandra Dianne Holland Howe and Captain Frederic N. Howe, Jr to the American Rose Society (http://www.rose.org).
