She was predeceased by: her parents, Columbus "Buss" Parker and Pelma Edwards Parker; her husband James Faulk, Jr.; and her siblings, Emma Witherspoon, Addie Parker, Orabell Turner, Dorothy Sharpe, Jacob "Bubba" Parker and Columbus (Parker).
She is survived by: her children, Devona Faulk of Accokeek, MD, Jacquelyn Brown (Kevin Sr.) of Suffolk and James Lamont Faulk of Suffolk; her godson James "Jay" Parker; her grandchildren, Zeandra Manley and Kevin Brown Jr. (Brianna); her great grandchildren, Bella and Kayden Brown; her granddaughter Tyla Parker; her siblings, Clara Ricks and Rev. Larry J. Parker (Loretta); and her siblings-in-law, Lillie Parker, Evelyn Faulk, Carrie Lee Herbert and Benjamin Faulk. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
Viewing was held on Friday, January 3rd 2025 from 1:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Calendar Melvin J. Blowe Chapel of Crocker Funeral Home, Inc. (900 E Washington St, Suffolk, VA 23434). A celebration of life was held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Piney Grove Baptist Church (4901 Deer Path Rd, Suffolk, VA 23434).
