He is survived by: his wife Janice Lippard Black; his sons, Roy Steven Black II and Stewart Wayne Black; his brothers, Ronnie and Tommy; his granddaughters, Brittany, Breanna, Emilie, Isabelle, Gabriella and Olivia; and his great grandchildren, Brayden, Hailey, Elaina, Tucker and Virginia. He is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
