She is survived by: her children, Philip Raiford, III (Cyndi), Jennifer R. Metcalf (Steve) and Jeannie R. Outlaw (Chad); and her grandchildren, Georgia, Stephen Metcalf, Caitlin and Lauren Outlaw.
