Mitchell of North Carolina; his sister Mary Lee Chapman of Suffolk; his sisters-in-law, Alice Mitchell of Suffolk and Estelle White (Wallace); his grandchildren, Marquita Coleman (AJ), Winston Mitchell and Mikayla Mitchell; and his nieces and nephews, Emma Frances Montgomery of Suffolk, William Mitchell, Jr. (Chantay) of Portsmouth, Shanda Mitchell Pope (Hector) of Cora Peake, NC, Sherrie Mitchell of Atlanta, Shanta Mitchell Ruffin (Lamont) of Suffolk, Lewis Chapman of Suffolk and Tara Chapman of Suffolk.
