He was predeceased by: his parents, Prenell Randolph, Sr. and Catherine H. Randolph; his brother Wayne Randolph; and his son Prenell Scott. He is survived by: his son Pierre Randolph (Mother Catherine H. Randolph); his sister Anita; his brother-in-law Claxton Johnson, Jr.; and his nieces and nephews, Quanisha, Porscha, Torrey, Claxton, III and Belinda. He is also survived by cousins and friends.

A celebration of life was held on Friday, January 3rd 2025 at 12:00 PM at the East End Baptist Church (1056 Portsmouth Blvd, Suffolk, VA 23434).

In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the memorial fund of East End Baptist in the name of Prenell Randolph, Jr. Professional services have been entrusted to Crocker Funeral Home.
