It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Patsy Jane Powell of Suffolk, Virginia, who passed away on October 23, 2023, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Edward and Evelyn Harrell Powell; and her sister Virginia Powell Brinkley. She is survived by: her husband Lennie Ray Blanchard; her stepson Shane Lewis Blanchard (Julie); her stepgrandchildren, Addison and Alex; and her nieces, Beth Brinkley Turney and Jill Brinkley Northam.
