He was predeceased by: his parents, Milford D. Ott, Sr. and Dorothy Logan Ott; and his siblings, Anna Ott and Billy Ott. He is survived by: his wife Janet Lamm Ott; his sons, William Warren Ott and Ted Ott (Josefina); his stepdaughters, Patty Lambeth (Don), Estelle Hodges (Steve) and Lisa Sampson (Steve); his grandchildren, Duaine, Samantha, Jose, Marissa, Luke, Wayne, Christie, Melissa, Michelle, Megan and Eric; his great grandchildren, Jessica, Alex, Francesca, Presley, Jackson, Julian, Valarie, Brooke, Madison, Savannah and Cheyenne; and his siblings, Lois Poff, Laquiata Flenner and Earl Ott.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to American Cancer Society.
