He is survived by: his siblings, Janet Gay, Stephanie Boone, Katrina Reynolds, Cynthia Cherry, Rhonda Barksdale, Patricia Harrell and Timothy; his son Taifa Babb; and his daughter-in-law Candia Babb. He is also survived by two grandchildren. "P-bird" will also be missed by other children he mentored, and many more who called him friend.
