He was predeceased by: his father Marvin Cisco; and his brother James Woodrow Cisco. He is survived by: his mother Ida Mae Hite Williams (Edward); his children, Julie Cisco, Summer Gibbs (Jacob) and Dustin Cisco; his grandchildren, Haley Cisco, Lilly and Oakley Gibbs; and his sisters, Kathy Mays (Howard), Karen Mahon (David) and Elizabeth Ann Clifford (William). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
