She is survived by: her children, Donna Marie Mayer (Mark), James William Howell (Melissa), Charles Landon Howell (Cynthia) and Steven Allen Howell (Elizabeth); and her grandchildren, Michelle Howell (Tommy), Daniel Outland, Jennifer Howell (Cord), Pamela Outland, Michael Outland, Charles Howell Jr. (Lisa), Tiffany Dean (Noah), Landon Howell (Ashley), Joshua Howell (Megan), Chelsea Kish (Kenny), Chris Howell and Steven Howell (Theresa). She is also survived by 15 Great Grandchildren.
