She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Adams and Lorraine Adams; her husband George Elmore Whitman, Jr.; and her sister Phyllis Adams Duckworth. She is survived by: her children, David George Whitman and Lori Anne Whitman; and her grandchildren, Dylan Allen Dankmyer and Dacio Allen Dankmyer.
