Dildy (late Jefferson), Evelyn Wiggins (Stanley) and Willie P. Wiggins of Suffolk, VA.; his grandchildren, Larry Wiggins of Norfolk, VA, Tiffany Roberts (Texas) and Jeanette Wiggins of Norfolk, VA; his stepgranddaughter Kinara Reid; his nieces and nephews, Cynthia and Cheyenne Johnson; his cousins, Ricky Dildy and William Jones Jr. of Suffolk; and his friends, Andrew James, Lawrence Brown, Rita Hunter of Suffolk, VA, Helen Morris, Zennie Morris of Chesapeake, VA, Michael Futrell and Bonnie Mitchell of Suffolk, VA. He is also survived by 17 great-grandchildren.
