He is survived by: his wife Silveria Woodson; his children, Damon Lassiter (LuChina), Larry M. Woodson (Shakita), Michael Woodson, Latoria Lassiter, Shevita Woodson and Valencia Woodson; his granddaughter Asia Woodson; his great grandchild Blessyn Savage; his siblings, James Woodson (Carolyn), Michael Woodson, Betty J. Steward, Shirley Thompson, Eula M. Woodson and Yvonne Knight (Nathaniel); and his aunts, Arminta Rawls, Doris Rawls and Lucille Creekmore.
Visitation was held on Monday, November 18th 2024 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the T. E. Cooke-Overton Funeral Home (405 Johnson Ave, Suffolk, VA 23434). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, November 19th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the Antioc United Christian Church (900 Hull St, Suffolk, VA 23434). A burial was held on Tuesday, November 19th 2024 at the Carver Memorial Cemetery (2320 E Washington St, Suffolk, VA 23434).
