She was predeceased by: her parents, Woodie Franklin and Mildred Imogene Woodall Savage; and her sister Teresa S. Kindschi. She is survived by: her husband David Alan Nicoll; her daughters, Kaischa N. Reckers (Daniel) and Krista L. Eyre; and her grandchildren, Noah Hill, McKinzy Hill, Brenden Reckers and Reagan Reckers.
A celebration of life will be held on Thursday, January 23rd 2025 at 1:30 PM at the Parr Funeral Home and Crematory (3515 Robs Dr, Suffolk, VA 23434). The military honors will be held on Thursday, January 23rd 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Jr. Memorial Veterans Cemetery (5310 Milners Rd, Suffolk, VA 23434).
