She was predeceased by: her parents, James Barnes and Eva Barnes. She is survived by: her sons, Williams L. Carr, Jr. (Angie) and David B. Carr (Brooke); her grandchildren, William G. Carr, Logan E. Carr and Aliyah L. Carr; her great grandchild Buxton Carr; her sister Anna B. Jones (Mike); and her nephew James B. Jones.
