He is survived by: his wife Maria Christina Creasy; his child Cusi (Rick Hamlin); his granddaughter Melissa Westerman; his son Brandon (Brittany); his grandchildren, Nathan and Ellieahna Hamlin; his daughters, Melissa Creasy (Marianne McKee) and Christine Narcomey; his grandchild Russell McKinney; his children, John J Creasy (Jeffery Perque), Paul and Lindsey Creasy; his stepson Gary (Kathleen Hall); and his stepgrandchild Kasey.
