It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John L. Hardy Jr. of Suffolk, Virginia, who passed away on October 15, 2024, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John L. Hardy Sr. and Laura C. Howell. He is survived by: his children, Selena Hardy and David Hardy; his siblings, Elbert W. Howell, Loretta H. Boone, Sylvia Williams (Marvin) and Sandra Prichitt (Clyde); his nieces, Casandra, Cheryl, Kimberly and Heather; and his close friends, Beverly Daughtrey and Eleanor Minns. He is also survived by other nieces, nephews, cousins and many friends.
