He is survived by: his wife Roberta Marie Carson Hardy; his children, Lisa Marie Hardy McClain (Glenn) and William Robert Hardy; his grandchildren, Shae A. Hardy (Rebecca) and Brittany N. Mariner-Hardy; his great grandchild Skylar Rose Hardy; and his sisters, Judy Thomas (Floyd), Sharon Vanelli and Barbara McCormick (Patrick). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
