He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilbert W. Hall, Sr. and Annie Gertrude Harrison Hall; and his siblings, Annie Faye Whitehead, Lila Geraldine Newsome and Kenneth R Hall.
He is survived by: his daughter Kristi Hall of Suffolk; his brothers, Wilbert W. Hall Jr. (Jane) of Merry Hill and Howard Hall (Loretta) of Gates; and his nieces and nephews, Nate Rhodes, Jeremy Preston Hall, Kenneth Ray Hall Jr., Susan Hall Mizelle and Anita Hall. He is also survived by extended family, numerous cousins, and friends.
