He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Lee Joyner, Jr. and Maggie Sue Branch Joyner; and his son Alan M. Joyner. He is survived by: his wife Linda Mason Joyner; his children, John Joyner (Jessica), Susan Schoer (Josh), Mark Joyner (Maria), Michael Joyner (Sarae), Amanda Conroy (Billy), Jennifer Widmayer (Scott) and Amy Joyner; his grandchildren, Emma, Ryan, Mia, Aaron, Eva, Micah, Hannah, Josiah, Leah, Ava, Eila, Eden, Melody, Myles, Maggie Sue, Amber, Kiera, Ainslee and Sophie; and his sister Judy J. Grefe. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
